This means all appointment and advice requests are assessed by a clinician or a trained member of our team before any appointment is booked. This ensures you get the right care, first time.

  2. Tell us briefly what your problem is.
  3. Our clinical team reviews your request and decides the most appropriate next step this might be:

 

A same-day or routine appointment (in person or by phone)

Advice or a prescription

Referral to another healthcare professional or service
