If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
Accessibility
There is free parking with disabled bays at the hospital and surgery.
We have ramps and automatic doors into the main surgery building. There is good access for to our consultation rooms. We have accessible bathrooms with changing facilities.
There is a hearing loop at reception to help patients with hearing aids.
A visual patient call system is available in the waiting room.
Patients who are deaf can book their appointment:

- email the practice for appointments with nurses and healthcare assistants: memorialmedical@nhs.net
- visit the surgery
We offer longer appointments for patients who write to communicate with their doctor. Deaf patients will always have a face to face appointment.
Blind patients can phone the surgery. You can also bring guide dogs onto the premises.
If you or someone you care for has learning disabilities, you can ask at reception for extra support. We can provide a quiet room to make your visit more comfortable.
We also have wheelchairs to borrow while in the surgery.
