We are moving to a Total Triage System

From 19th January 2026 our practice will be moving to a Total Triage system for all appointment requests.

This means that every request whether you contact us online, by phone, or in person will first be reviewed by a member of our clinical team.

This approach helps us:

  • Make sure patients with urgent needs are seen quickly.
  • Direct you to the most appropriate healthcare professional.
  • Provide advice or prescriptions where possible without needing a face-to-face appointment.

What You Need to Do

  • You can continue to contact us in the usual ways through our Anima Link or by phone
  • Our team will ask you for a few details about your concern to help us decide the best next step.
  • You’ll then be contacted with the outcome this might be an appointment, a phone call, or advice.
