OUR HOME
The purpose built surgery in the grounds of the Memorial Hospital, and adjacent to the Memorial Pharmacy provides our patients with excellent access to a full range of community services. The premises are suitable for disabled and/or wheelchair patients and have baby changing facilities.

Memorial Medical Centre is a seven Partner Practice (six GPs and a nurse practitioner) based in Sittingbourne Kent. Our aim is to provide care to the whole person whatever the nature of their medical problem. 

Opened in 1995 the Practice strives to offer all it's patients up-to-date care without losing sight of the traditional perspective. We serve more than 10,000 patients with quality care in an area defined by our map. This is also a training practice helping young professionals launch their careers.

THE TEAM
Many people are required to ensure that the surgery runs smoothly. The primary care team consists of doctors, nurses, and staff based at the health centre and others such as Midwives, Health visitors and Community nurses with whom we work closely every day. We aim to work in harmony as a team to give a good, efficient and caring service. All members of the team may be contacted via the surgery.
