From July 1st 2023, we will no longer accept urine samples handed in at reception for testing without speaking to a member of the clinical team first. If you bring a sample to the surgery without it being requested by a clinician, you will be asked to take it home with you and to contact us via the following methods;

If you are unable to use the online service, please call 01795 477764 to book a telephone triage consultation with a clinician from our urgent care team.
