I qualified as Nurse and Midwife in Bulgaria (Nursing University Varna) in 1994 and started my nursing journey in Bulgaria where I worked as a Cardiac Nurse in Coronary Care Unit for 4 years. Then I practice as a Nurse and Midwife in Libya for 4 years where I gained experience in Cardiac and Gynaecology Theatres and Delivery Room. I then returned to Bulgaria and worked as a Practice Nurse for 2 years before my nursing journey brought me to England in 2004. However, I was not allowed to practice as a Nurse in England due to my qualification not being recognised in this country and I worked as a carer/ support worker in a Nursing home.
I completed my Nursing Degree at Canterbury Christ Church University in 2021 and worked as a Cardiac Nurse in Medway maritime Hospital for 2 years before joining The Memorial Medical Centre in 2023 as a Practice Nurse.
My current role entails Long Terms Conditions reviews (Heart Failure, Coronary Heart Disease, COPD, and Pre-Diabetes). I am involved in INR clinics, Contraception advice, Cervical Cytology, Hormonal Injections. I administer Adult and Childhood and Travel vaccinations.
I have special interest in Cardiology and Gynaecology.
