Half day closures in North Kent Medway & Swale 2026/2027
Swale surgeries regularly close early for protected learning time throughout the year.
We will be closed from 1:00pm on the following dates:
- Thursday 21st May 2026
- Tuesday 16th June 2026
- Thursday 23rd July 2026
- Thursday 27th August 2026
- Thursday 24th September 2026
- Thursday 22nd October 2026
- Tuesday 10th November 2026
- No PLT days in December 2026 & January 2027
- Thursday 11th February 2027
- Thursday 18th March 2027
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
