After returning to work after having three children I started my Primary Care journey in 2002. After working part time for a few years, I moved surgeries to work full time and was given the opportunity to do work based study. I gained an NVQ L3 in management in 2010. I was promoted to Assistant Practice Manager. In 2011 I attended Evening classes gaining qualification in Legal aspects of Medical Administration and Managing Communication in a medical environment. In 2012 I studied again and managed to gain a L5 ILM qualification in Management Primary Care and Health Management. I was then promoted to Practice Manager. I joined the Memorial Medical Centre in December 2021 and I continue to share and gain primary care knowledge. The team here are amazing and I am extremely privileged to work with them.
