Support for vulnerable people

Kent Together offers help with non-medical needs for vulnerable people who are unable to leave their house. This is a 24 hour service:

NHS Volunteer Responders are there to help support vulnerable individuals who are self-isolating. NHS Volunteer Responders can be asked to help people with tasks such as delivering medicines from pharmacies, driving patients to appointments, bringing them home from hospital, and regular phone calls.
