We assess and treat musculoskeletal injuries and conditions including muscle and ligament injuries, tendon problems and joint pain including osteoarthritis. We see patients with back and neck pain, and can help with upper and lower limb problems. We also help patients with sports specific injuries, repetitive strain disorders and long-term pain conditions. We also see patients following surgery.

Treatments we offer include:

  • face-to-face and virtual individual treatment sessions
  • patient and problem specific exercise prescription
  • individual and group education and advice sessions to help patients actively manage their problem
  • exercise groups led by a physiotherapist or physiotherapy assistant
