Friends and family test

We welcome the findings of the snapshot national GP survey, which helps us to understand our patients’ experience of using or interacting with our services.

Throughout the year, we use a variety of methods to hear about people’s experiences, and we know that access to services and seeing your preferred GP, are areas patients have concerns over.

Since the survey was carried out in January, we have recruited more clinical staff and also changed the same-day appointment process.

We acknowledge there is still more to be done, and we will continue to listen to feedback and review our processes.

Finally, we would like to say thank you to our practice team who work tirelessly to support patients, where we know sometimes demand can be high.
